I know I have neglected to write any posts on this blog and I'm sorry, but you know how it goes the daily stresses of life take over and things like blogging and weight loss are put to the back burner for a while.
However that said, I am back to blogging with a vengeance and I hope not to let you and myself down with my daily blogging pledge!
I am going to change the concept of my blog slightly it will still be to do with diet, exercise and the 30 day shred however, I might also add some of my personal life in and things that are going on in my life and how I feel.
I am also not going to write about what I have eaten everyday, but insted give myself a score out of 10 on how I feel about how Ive eaten and I will also note down any exercise I have done that day, If any ;) he he
I have no excuses for not blogging because I now have a whole 6 weeks off for summer woo :)
