Heyy guys and welcome to my brand new blog :)
So basicaly I am going on a 30 day journey, everyday I am going to be completing the Jillan Michels 30 day shred DVD and try to keep on top of my eating.
The DVD is somthing that you are supposed to complete for 30 days. There are 3 sections to the DVD each one you are supposed complete for 10 days. Here is what the DVD looks like:
So this blog is going to be used as a means of tracking my progesses. I will first of be telling you weather or not I manged to complete the DVD and I will rate how much effort I have put in on a scale of 1 to 10 ( 10 being the highest). I will also be writing down every thing that I have eaten and I will have a weekly weigh in and anthing else I feel is necassery to tell you about. After the 30 days I will do my before and after weight and also tell you if I think that the DVD has done well to improve my overall fitness and apperance.
Okay so on to a little bit about me! :)
Im 5ft 2
I weigh 9st 7
Im hopping to loose 7 lbs in the 30 days which will take me down to a weight of 9st
I will be starting the Shred tomorrow 10th May 2010 so my last post will be on the 9th or 10th of June im not too sure yet.
So this is going to be a very rambly blog and I shall be updating it every day-no slacking! But I hope this will provide you with some insperation and information towards your weight loss journey :)
